Avebury Estates was founded in 2003 and have built a reputation for good quality rented accomodation in and around the Bolton area.

We are unlike most other letting agents as we OWN and MANAGE all our properties. This being the case, we have a vested interest in the property and therefore provide what we consider a more personal, prompt and professional service.

Our range of properties include apartments, bungalows and houses from one to four bedrooms.

Most of our tenants enjoy a long term tenancy with us and often recommend us to friends and family.

We are a member of the National Residential Landlords Association and use their tried and tested 'Plain English' tenancy agreements which aids our hassle free approach to tenancies.

If you are interested in any of our properties, we would advise you to have the following documents to hand (if applicable).

Identification (passport, driving licence etc), last 3 bank statements (showing wages, benefits credits and rent debits), National Insurance number, Reference from employer, Reference from current landlord, Details of a personal guarantor.
